As the Assistant Manager – Contracts, you will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, renewing, and drafting contracts and agreements that align with the business objectives of Dialog Group and Axiata Group Berhad. You will ensure legal safeguards are in place, commercial considerations are met, and the Group's operations remain compliant with relevant laws and regulations. This role also includes providing legal counsel, managing contract execution processes, supporting legal data digitization, and overseeing risk management efforts to protect the organization’s interests.
