About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Specialist – Network Analytics to join our Network Analytics & Automation division. The role is responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end data science projects that support business decision-making and automation systems. From defining business problems to deploying scalable data analytics and machine learning solutions, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping data-driven insights and innovations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design, and implement data science projects that address complex business problems.
  • Research, design, and deploy scalable analytics and machine learning solutions for network and business challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, company security, and privacy policies while managing internal and external data sources.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analyses, model testing, and performance evaluations to ensure robustness and accuracy.
  • Support software development teams by guiding best practices, ensuring high-quality product delivery, and maintaining documentation standards.
  • Enhance customer quality of experience by directing teams to resolve issues in collaboration with technical and business divisions.
  • Provide DevOps and operational support, including bug fixes, patches, and version management to maintain resilient network services.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and practices in data science and analytics to continuously improve business performance.
Entry Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree (BSc – 4 years) in Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Computer Science) from a recognized and accredited university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Telecommunications field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Data Science and Automation.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale data pipelines, ensuring governance, data quality, and compliance.
  • Strong background in data science and advanced analytics — statistical modelling, anomaly detection, and translating insights into strategic business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience in business intelligence and reporting, developing dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards for leadership use.
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), including building scalable, secure, and cost-optimized data and analytics solutions using native services.
