The Job

• L&D Business Partnering: Drive annual training needs analysis, manage training budgets, and ensure impactful learning outcomes across portfolios.
• Dialog Academy Development: Design and implement learning curriculums aligned with business needs. building partnerships with vendors, and offering blended learning solutions.
• Service Training & E-Learning: Operationalize service training pillars and manage LMS content, updates, and quality assurance and learner engagement campaigns.
• Learning Analytics: Deliver insights through dashboards and analytics to measure ROI and effectiveness of training programs provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

The Person

• Education: Degree in Management, IT, Engineering, HR, Analytics or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 3- 4 years in Telecom, Business Operations, or Analytics/AI.
• Skills: Strategic thinking, negotiation, change management, agile methodologies, and high-level planning.
