Assistant Manager – Corporate Planning and Strategy

Are you passionate about shaping business strategy and driving performance excellence? As Assistant Manager – Corporate Planning and Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in developing long-range plans, revenue strategies, and performance frameworks that empower Dialog’s business units to achieve their vision. You’ll also support digital adoption initiatives and lead performance management across digital platforms.

The Job

· Develop long-range plans and business strategies aligned with Axiata Group’s vision. Conduct investment appraisals and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

· Design KPIs, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Lead dashboard development and reporting.

· Identify root causes of underperformance, propose solutions, and support cost rescaling initiatives.

· Conduct in-depth financial evaluations, vendor assessments, and prepare board-level documentation.

· Support investor relations, annual reporting, and ad-hoc impact analyses.

 

Entry Requirements

The Person

· Degree in Engineering or Business (First Class Hons) or Management from a reputed university

· CIMA exams completed (ACMA preferred)

· 3–6 years of total experience, with 2+ years in a related role

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

· Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills

· Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and business intelligence tools
