What You’ll Do

· Lead the overall digital marketing strategy across Dialog Group, aligning with corporate and brand objectives.

· Oversee multi-brand digital campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and flawless execution.

· Govern and optimize partnerships with agencies, influencers, and digital platforms to deliver world-class campaigns.

· Drive excellence in SEO, Generative Optimization (GEO), and content discoverability.

· Manage social listening and sentiment analytics to strengthen brand reputation and trust.

· Lead Dialog’s Digital Centre of Excellence, fostering innovation and technology adoption.

· Oversee budget governance, ensuring spend efficiency and compliance.

· Champion data-driven decision-making using advanced MarTech and analytics tools.

What You’ll Bring

· A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Media (MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred).

· 8–12 years of experience in digital marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

· Proven expertise across digital strategy, media performance, analytics, SEO, influencer marketing, and martech.

· Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering measurable digital outcomes.
