Oversee end-to-end civil infrastructure operations, ensuring structural stability and reliability of all existing network towers and related assets through routine inspections, periodic maintenance, and timely issue resolution.
Plan, execute, and monitor MTU maintenance activities while introducing new technologies, designs, and materials to enhance operational efficiency and long-term infrastructure performance.
Lead and manage special civil infrastructure projects by delivering technical solutions that meet structural, budgetary, and timeline requirements, while ensuring consistent vendor performance and quality outcomes.
Handle project governance activities including contract management, budget tracking, PO/GR processing, and effective material lifecycle management—covering additions, removals, inventory closure, and segregation of reusable vs. scrap items.
Review and verify structural designs for new towers, foundations, and upgrades, ensuring safe loading conditions, structural longevity, and alignment with regulatory (TRC) submission requirements.
Provide economical, innovative, and technically sound engineering solutions for Core site development while sourcing and evaluating vendor proposals and maintaining accurate records of excess and reusable materials.
Lead and motivate team members by fostering high performance, teamwork, and engagement to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement within the division.
Entry Requirements
The Person
Degree in Civil Engineering
PMP or equivalent professional qualification
CEng. qualification will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of steel infrastructure development
Expertise in project management and civil infrastructure design
Technical knowledge related to civil structures in telecom environments.
Willing to travel island wide for sites.
Ability to work at heigh.
Above 5 years’ experience out of which minimum 2 years in telecommunication infrastructure development
