This role is pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory adherence, and strategic insights for decision-making.

The Person

· Finalize monthly financials and oversee journal entries, provisions, and variance analysis.

· Prepare statutory financial statements and performance reports.

· Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audits.

· Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

· Manage reconciliations and ensure ledger accuracy.

· Support strategic initiatives including cost reduction, revenue recognition, and regulatory compliance.

The Person

· Qualifications: Partially qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CASL

· Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in internal audit and in mercantile sector

· Skills: Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and people management abilities
