The Job
· Drive sales acquisition and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
· Promote Dialog’s quad-play solutions to new and existing SME customers.
· Ensure customer retention and loyalty through strategic engagement.
· Conduct market research and report sales performance.
· Uphold company policies and contribute to process improvements.
The Person
· Education: GCE A/L and Degree / Diploma in Sales / Marketing / Management
· Experience: 4–5 years in sales, preferably in telecom or enterprise solutions.
· Skills: Strong communication in Sinhala, Tamil, and English; analytical thinking; customer-centric mindset; strategic sales acumen.
