The Job
· Align company vision and strategy with brand strategy and plan.
· Develop brand strategies into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies.
· Develop and execute effective brand plans aligned with product funnel and timelines.
· Manage key marketing projects and campaigns with precision.
· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and advertising efforts.
· Drive innovation in product development and communication.
· Analyze market trends and consumer insights to enhance brand positioning and communication.
· Measure and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI and KPIs.
· Foster strong stakeholder relationships and manage external agencies.
· Uphold brand superiority and market share growth through strategic initiatives.
· Develop and Brainstorm innovative growth strategies.
· Spearhead innovation in communication and mediums to ensure relevance, effective use of emerging mediums and drive sales.
The Person
· Degree or relevant professional qualification in Marketing.
· Minimum 5 years experience in brand management.
· Strong Knowledge and proven experience in Advertising, Sales and Marketing.
· Highly creative with ability to think out of box.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
· Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.
· Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
