Job Purpose:
The Senior Product Manager - E Sales is responsible for driving the business management and commercial success of the product, with a strong focus on achieving gross additions & profitability targets. This role requires strategic thinking to develop innovative products, execute effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and manage the product lifecycle, including the retirement of underperforming offerings.
The Job:
- Create a product strategy that increases direct sales to customers via digital channels of the company
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the product roadmap is built to hit our long-term adoption and expansion goals.
- Spot gaps in the local digital market and move quickly to position our platform as the leading choice for online sales in the country.
- Analyze how customers move through our sales channels and continuously enhance customer’s purchase journeys which features that turn more browsers into buyers.
- Work with Marketing team to promote products offerings to the right segment to enhance conversions.
- Operations to make the process from "first click" to "money in the bank" as fast and automated as possible.
- Act as the main business lead for our all-tier partners, ensuring our systems work together perfectly to keep serving the customers smoothly
- Continuously look out for new sales channels through business partnerships.
- Monitor and report on product performance and market relevance.
