Job Purpose:

The Campaign Manager will strategically develop and execute campaigns to drive digital adoption of Dialog's platforms and key user journeys. These campaigns will focus on e-sales, e-reloads, e-bill payments, self-care usage, and chatbot usage. The role involves crafting sound campaign strategies, identifying platform needs, and addressing gaps in awareness, engagement, education, and conversion.

The Job:

  • Craft campaign strategies based on organizational goals, identifying gaps between current and desired outcomes.
  • Clearly classify campaign objectives across Awareness, Education, Engagement, and Conversion, and design effective hooks and converters to drive adoption.
  • Lead campaign performance and planning through creative strategies, seamless coordination between multiple teams, and efficient reporting and tracking related to digital adoptions.
  • Analyze data, consumer behavior, and marketing factors to prepare creative campaigns targeting the correct audiences through cost-effective channels.
  • Understand consumer behavior and generate strategies to capitalize on opportunities, initiating projects to stay abreast of e-commerce trends.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Marketing, Traffic Ops, and other departments for campaign planning, creation, and optimization.
  • Drive adoption using external platforms that act as strong touchpoints for Dialog customers, augmenting the digitization journey.
  • Analyze existing mechanics to achieve commercial objectives and performance insights.
  • Understand internal team workflows and prepare SOPs to improve efficiency in marketing planning.
  • Coordinate with the business intelligence team to generate reports showcasing potential trends and patterns based on past consumer behavior for informed campaign planning.
  • Understand the e-commerce landscape, product categories, and price points to generate weekly revenue-driving campaigns.
  • Negotiate bank promotions and voucher promotions to support product movements.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure campaign materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare e-commerce cart rules and voucher codes, connecting with relevant teams and finance to determine the financial impact of promotions.
  • Ensure necessary budget allocation to each channel to drive traffic targets with the correct return on investment.
  • Monitor daily channel budgets, analyze spend patterns, and take corrective actions.
  • Allocate budgets across awareness, education, engagement, and conversion goals to drive sustainable performance and long-term behavioral change.
  • Conduct transparent postmortems to assess campaign effectiveness and share key learnings with collaborating teams.
  • Prepare daily campaign performance reports to monitor revenue generated from e-commerce channels, categories, and products.
  • Report the performance of individual products and their profitability impact to support overall business profit contribution.
  • Identify effective campaigns, artworks, banners, and real estate within the app, tracking and reporting daily performance in terms of traffic (DAU, MAU, Stickiness) within the assigned platform asset.
Entry Requirements

The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, BI Data Studio, Meta Google advert tools.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing or business management in a reputed organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking and campaign planning skills.
  • Excellent data analysis and consumer behavior understanding.
  • Effective coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial impact analysis.
  • Ability to drive sustainable growth and long-term behavioral change.
  • Strong reporting and performance tracking abilities.
