What You Will Do

Lead Next-Generation Solution Design

· Design and deliver innovative 5G enterprise solutions tailored for industries such as manufacturing, logistics, ports, and smart campuses

· Translate complex enterprise requirements into scalable, high-performance network architectures

· Act as a technical authority in RAN design, performance optimization, and solution engineering

Drive End-to-End Solution Delivery

· Own projects from concept → design → deployment → optimization

· Ensure solutions meet mission-critical performance, reliability, and SLA requirements

· Collaborate across RAN, Core, Transport, Cloud, and IT teams to deliver integrated solutions

Enable Enterprise Growth & Innovation

· Identify opportunities to expand 5G enterprise use cases and coverage

· Engage with customers to co-create solutions that solve real business problems

· Represent Dialog in industry forums, innovation discussions, and customer engagements

Build Capability & Inspire Teams

· Strong desire for self-learning and innovation

· Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning

· Lead with technical excellence and collaborative thinking

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

· BSc in Engineering (IESL preferred)

· 4–6 years’ experience in RAN planning, optimization, or telecom solution engineering (4G/5G)

Core Expertise

· Strong understanding of 4G LTE / 5G NR architecture and radio network design

· Deep knowledge of radio propagation, link budgets, capacity planning, and coverage optimization

· Experience in end-to-end solution design (HLD/LLD) for enterprise or telecom networks

· Hands-on experience with Network planning and designing tools.

Advanced & Value-Added Skills

· Exposure to Core and Transport networks

· Familiarity with cloud-native telecom (NFV, Kubernetes, SDN)

· Ability to evaluate multi-vendor ecosystems (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson)

· Strong skills in performance analytics, KPI optimization, and solution-driven improvements

· Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement skills

· Ability to think beyond traditional telecom boundaries and solve business problems
