Job Purpose
Drive revenue, reach, and conversion rate objectives, supporting campaign formulation, implementation, tracking, and optimization within Customer Value Management (CVM). Build consumer insights through advanced analytics, collaborate with AI&ML teams, segment customers to identify business opportunities, and execute targeted marketing campaigns for cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
The Job
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly CVM marketing plans, including ROI analysis, ensuring efficient planning and timely execution for assigned business units.
- Manage campaign creation within integrated and automated platforms.
- Monitor monthly budget vs. actual plans to calculate total campaign costs.
- Identify changes in customer behavior and competition offers, creating products to counter negative impacts.
- Manage marketing communication mix and transition to emerging digital channels (App, web, Chatbots, Social Media) for personalization and higher conversion.
- Plan and achieve revenue targets for assigned business units as per set targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing) to define campaign requirements, ensuring reliable upsell/cross-sell results.
- Enhance revenue through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Undertake customer analytics-driven campaigns using analytics tools and automated platforms.
- Identify customer/market insights and design offers for segments to uplift revenue and ensure retention.
- Link customer behavioral insights with advanced analytics, including AI & ML transformation.
- Conduct hypothesis testing and test campaign analysis, providing recommendations for continuous improvements.
- Develop timely reports on campaign performance for senior management.
- Design a single view dashboard to consolidate key KPIs for CVM performance tracking.
- Segment customers to identify new business opportunities.
