Job Purpose:

The Data Scientist will develop data-driven use cases and provide actionable intelligence using advanced data analytics tools and methodologies. This role supports the organization in achieving digitization goals, strategic and tactical decision-making by acquiring, transforming, and modeling data.

The Job:

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to support business objectives.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science and analytics.

The Person:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
