Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop dashboards, and support data-driven initiatives across the organization.

The Job

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from internal and external sources
• Perform exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling
• Develop dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management

• Provide business metrics and track performance against key KPIs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement

• Identify opportunities to leverage data for business growth and optimization
• Design and implement data-driven use cases and experiments
• Collaborate with business units to develop analytical solutions

• Enhance and maintain analytics systems and models
• Track performance of predictive models and recommend improvements
• Measure ROI and impact of analytics initiatives

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs
• Conduct consultative sessions and share insights for better decision-making
• Support cross-functional teams in executing analytics-driven projects

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of:
  • SQL, Python, or R
  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Statistical analysis and data modeling
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
