Specialist – Network Analytics
About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and innovative professional to join our Network Analytics & Automation team as a Specialist – Network Analytics.
In this role, you will drive end-to-end data initiatives spanning Data Engineering, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics to enhance network performance, enable automation, and improve customer experience.
You will work across the full data lifecycle — from building robust data pipelines and platforms to developing machine learning models and delivering actionable insights that solve complex business challenges.
The Job
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data architectures (ETL/ELT)
- Integrate and manage large, complex datasets from multiple internal and external sources
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across systems
- Enable data accessibility for analytics, reporting, and machine learning use cases
- Develop and deploy machine learning and statistical models to address network and business problems
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and advanced statistical modeling
- Define and implement model evaluation, validation, and optimization techniques
- Continuously improve models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and scalability
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and business recommendations
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making
- Work closely with stakeholders to define data-driven problem statements and use cases
- Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Support deployment of analytics solutions using DevOps / MLOps practices
- Ensure operational stability, monitoring, and performance of analytics systems
- Contribute to the automation of network operations and decision processes
- Use analytics and data science to improve network KPIs and customer quality of experience (QoE)
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to enhance service reliability and performance
