Job Purpose

Are you passionate about building reliable, scalable, and secure digital platforms? We are looking for a Senior Engineer - DevOps to join our technology team and play a key role in ensuring the availability, performance, and continuous evolution of mission-critical fintech and digital service platforms.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence, automation, security compliance, and continuous service improvement for large-scale digital ecosystems.

The Job

• Ensure end-to-end service availability, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence across digital platforms.
• Lead operational governance initiatives and establish best practices for service management and platform stability.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of long-term preventive solutions.
• Design and implement monitoring, logging, and performance management frameworks.
• Lead and support CI/CD, deployment, release management, and environment provisioning activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, financial institutions, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure compliance and service quality.
• Champion process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure systems comply with security standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Support disaster recovery planning, business continuity measures, and infrastructure resilience.
• Research and introduce emerging technologies and DevOps best practices to improve platform performance and operational effectiveness.

The Person

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related technology operations roles.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with system administration, cloud infrastructure, and security implementation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation frameworks.
• Understanding of networking, IP technologies, Linux/Open-Source environments, and application troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
• Experience working within fintech, digital payments, banking, or highly regulated environments will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of compliance, security standards, and disaster recovery practices.
