Senior Executive – Mediation Operations is responsible to identify, design, execute and manage IT/network system configurations to cater business requirements which can be a configuration only or a configuration and related development & integration.

The individual should carry out requirement analysis, solution/system design, configuration change identification, testing, load/impact analysis, procedure planning, downtime planning and communications, configuration change, integration and post analysis of change. Also provide L2/L3 support for the BSS and OSS systems related issues.

The Job

• Responsible for smooth operations of Mediation related BSS and OSS systems.
• Administration of BSS and OSS systems related configurations.
• Provide L2/L3 support for BSS and OSS systems.
• Responsible for mediate EDR files. Ensure the 100% accuracy do file reconciliation with mediation input and output.
• Administration of all uploaded applications to maintain the effectiveness of uploaded applications.
• Plan and Provide support for network or other IT Infrastructure related downtimes.
• Plan down times for mediation related systems for patch upgrades, storage upgrades or BL changes.

The Person

• The candidate should possess a Degree in IT / Information Systems from recognized university or institute.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years work experience in a similar capacity preferably from a Telecommunication industry.
• Possess knowledge in Unix, shell scripting, SQL, Telecom Mediation domain.
• Experience in Mediation systems and ClickHouse is an added advantage.
