Description
Responsible to promote and offer Enterprise products and solutions to Enterprise-LMTU (Leisure/Multitenant Unit) customers whilst servicing and retaining existing clientele/corporate base in order to increase revenue growth of the division
Responsible to work within the sales structure towards achievement of divisional goals to ensure established annual and month of month targets are achieved
Maintain good relationships with corporate customers and provide exceptional service in order to retain them and develop presentations for corporate clients in order to bring new sales for the company
Require to achieve the sales target in order to ensure annual and month on month targets are achieved
Ensure the existing customers are serviced exceptionally to manage and maintain customer satisfaction in order to ensure 100% retention of customer base
Require to assist the sector managers and sales team to resolve customer issues and build customer loyalty and Follow up & timely execution of Agreement Renewals
Visit all corporate assigned under the respective teams to ensure they are well secured /revenue growth through cross and up sell and zero churn
Responsible to ensure debt recovery
Require to organize loyalty events based on segments in order to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction
Entry Requirements
Ideal candidate should Possess a Degree in Marketing/ CIM/SLIM
Excellent Knowledge in digital services, fixed and mobile
Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprises sales field would be an added advantage
