What You’ll Do

• Contribute to UX projects across Dialog’s digital products and services.

• Conduct user research and translate insights into design opportunities.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma.

• Support usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.

• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product teams to deliver seamless experiences.

You’ll be a good fit if you are,

• Passionate about human-centered design and curious about how people interact with digital products.

• Familiar with design tools like Figma and the basics of UX principles.

• Detail-oriented with an eye for clarity, consistency, and usability.

• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams.

• Either pursuing a degree in Design, HCI, or IT, or being a self-learner with a strong portfolio that speaks for your skills.
