  • Direct engagement with global OEMs, technology and platform providers, content partners and telecommunications operators worldwide, including roaming, interconnect and international wholesale counterparties

  • Close collaboration with business, technology and procurement teams across the Dialog Group

The Job:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of technology and commercial contracts, including network and infrastructure, IT, cloud/SaaS, digital services, content and partnership agreements, with local and international vendors, partners and operators
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including execution, renewals, and amendments
  • Act as a trusted legal partner to business teams, providing timely, practical and commercially focused advice on new products, partnerships and transactions
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks within contracts
  • Support the identification and resolution of contractual disputes, including reviewing and interpreting relevant contract provisions, engaging with counterparties to reach resolution, and coordinating with external legal counsel where required
  • Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and documentation standards
  • Drive efficiency through the use of digital tools, AI-enabled legal workflows and contract management systems
  • Support data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity considerations in contractual arrangements
Entry Requirements

The Person:
